The International Academy of Science recognizes Ms. Callie Dobbins for her contributions to the Acellus Agriculture I course. Ms. Dobbins is a published author, and has been highly active in the Future Farmers of America organization. She was named the Marshall Public Schools Teacher of the Year for 2014, and was a Missouri Teacher of the Year Finalist for the 2014-15 school year. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture with a major in Agricultural Education at the University of Missouri - Columbia. She is a member of the National Association of Agriculture Educators, the National FFA Program of Activities Review Committee, and several state and local agricultural and educational organizations. She has been teaching in the field of Agriculture at both the High School and the College level for over twenty years. She wrote the National Chapter Activity Award Application for the Marshall FFA Chapter, receiving #1 Chapter in Missouri for the years 2012-2015, the National Model of Excellence (top 10 in the nation) for the years 2012-2016, and the National Model of Innovation for the years 2011 and 2015.
